Error description

• An ABENDS0C7 occurs during an unload run SQL mode against a Db2
  which settings specify LOCAL as DATE FORMAT. This occurs if the
  date exit returns a non zero return code.
  

Local fix

• none but the validity of either the data or of the exit should
  be checked.
