  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides below enhancements:  *

  *                         Statistics Options                   *
  *                      2. Ability to dynamically find DECP     *
  *                         settings from DB2 session variables  *
  *                         (instead of getting them from        *
  *                         DSNHDECP module).                    *
  *                      3. Tolerate Db2 Function level 505.     *

  *                      Changes made in the utilities are as    *
  *                      follows:                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      RUNSTATS/REORG Tablespace,              *
  *                      REORG/REBUILD Index, LOAD Table.        *

  This APAR provides below enhancements:
  
  1. Support new Db2 v12 Utility Statistics Options
  2. Ability to dynamically find DECP settings from DB2 session
     variables (instead of getting them from DSNHDECP module).
  3. Tolerate Db2 Function level 505.
  
  
  Changes made in the utilities are as follows:
  
  1.RUNSTATS Tablespace:
  - Panel ADB2USRA 'Specify Utility Options - RUNSTATS (TS)' is
    updated to let user enter INVALIDATECACHE option.
  - New CM batch parameter is added.
    util_runstats_invalidatecache:
      Specifies the INVALIDATECACHE option for the generated
      RUNSTATS utility statements.
  
  2.REORG Tablespace:
  - Panel ADB2USO 'Specify Utility Options - REORG' is
    updated to let user enter INVALIDATECACHE and USE PROFILE
    options.
  - New CM batch parameters are added.
    util_reorg_statistics_invalidatecache:
      Specifies the INVALIDATECACHE option for the generated
      REORG utility statements with inline statistics. If you
      specify util_reorg_statistics_invalidatecache, you must
      also specify util_reorg_statistics ='Y'.
    util_reorg_statistics_use_profile:
      Specifies that the USE PROFILE option is to be added to
      the generated REORG utility statements.
  
  
  3.REORG Index:
  - Panel ADB2UXO2 'Specify Utility Options - REORG INDEX' is
    updated to let user enter INVALIDATECACHE and OCCUR options.
  
  
  4.REBUILD Index:
  - Panel ADB2UXB 'Specify Utility Options - REBUILD INDEX' is
    updated to let user enter INVALIDATECACHE and OCCUR options.
  
  
  5.LOAD Table:
  - Panel ADB2UTC 'Specify Utility Options - LOAD' and panel
    ADBPUTLC 'Specify Utility Options - LOAD with Cross Loader'
    is updated to let user enter INVALIDATECACHE and USE PROFILE
    options.
