Error description

• This APAR will update QMF for TSO and CICS installation jobs
  to create universal table spaces (UTS) for base English sample
  tables. Jobs updated are DSQ1EIVS and DSQ1EIVQ. Also updated
  will be the sample QMF SYSTEM profile row, which will be
  updated to encourage the use of universal table spaces for
  SAVE DATA. The default Q.PROFILES.SPACE row will be changed
  from 'DSQDBDEF.DSQTSDEF'  to 'DATABASE "DSQDBDEF"'.

  *                      into a Db2 for z/OS V12.1 server        *
  *                      running at FL504 or higher that         *
  *                      contains no previous level of QMF may   *
  *                      receive the following errors:           *
  *                      When running job DSQ1EIVS to install    *
  *                      QMF sample tables, users will get an    *
  *                      SQL code -646 (SQLCODE646) when         *
  *                      creating Q.STAFF. The job will fail     *
  *                      with a RC8.                             *
  *                      When running the QMF IVP procedure      *
  *                      DSQ1EIVP, users will receive DSQ16646   *
  *                      'Table space DSQTSDEF already contains  *
  *                      a table.'. This will happen when        *
  *                      executing the SAVE DATA.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR enhances QMF installation into a Db2 for z/OS
  server that contains no prior release of QMF to conform
  to universal table space (UTS) requirements of one table per
  table space. Users installing into a Db2 for z/OS V12.1
  FL504 or higher server, or even those just wishing to
  start migration of their QMF usage to UTS, should install
  this PTF.
  
  The following changes have been made:
  -Installation job DSQ1STGJ, will create a sample database,
  called DSQDBDEF, to be used for SAVE DATA functions. This
  job formerly created both a database (DSQDBDEF) and a
  table space (DSQTSDEF). DSQ1STGJ will no longer create
  table space DSQTSDEF.
  -Installation job DSQ1BLNI, will create sample Q.PROFILES
  rows with a SPACE setting of 'DATABASE "DSQDBDEF"'. This
  is a change from the long standing default of
  DSQDBDEF.DSQTSDEF. When executing the SAVE DATA command
  using the new default SPACE setting (DATABASE "DSQDBDEF")
  will allow Db2 to create implicit table spaces in the
  DSQDBDEF database. Users are free to modify this as needed.
  -Installation jobs DSQ1EIVS and DSQ1EIVQ, which create
  sample tables, are updated to create explicit table spaces
  for each sample table.
  -Installation job DSQ1EDSJ is updated to drop all sample
  table table spaces rather than the tables themselves.
  
  Note that if QMF was already installed into a Db2 for z/OS
  V12.1 FL504 or higher server and users are receiving DSQ16646
  (SQL code -646 SQLCODE646) errors during SAVE DATA, you
  should review your users Q.PROFILES.SPACE setting to allow
  implicit table space usage. See the following technote
