Error description

• After building a job profile for a TS REORG of a partitioned TS
  - and executing that job - multiple duplicate records/rows are
  created by PGM=HAA#BTMP - which executes in a job step
  subsequent to the REORG step. The duplicates appear as follows:
  1) JOB OUTPUT - the SYSOUT DD from the PRS00103 job step
  contains duplicate records for the ICOPY phase.
  2) Duplicate ICOPY phase rows are inserted into the
  DLC.UTILITY_STATS_V11 table.
