PH13865: DEFAULT VALUE OF PARAMETER MAP FOR REPORT WITH REPEATER

Error description

• A FM model is using a Parameter Map to set the data source
  connection. When a report with a repeater table containing a
  crosstab is executed, not only the datasource connection
  returned by the Parameter Map is used, but also the default
  value of the parameter map is tested.
  
  As each of the data source connection has different signons, the
  report fails with the error QE-DEF-0283 THE CONNECTION IS
  AMBIGUOUS.
  

Local fix

• As default value of the parameter map, use a datasource that
  does not have multiple connections or signons.
