Error description

  • The following changes are included in this APAR:
    1. The High Availability Utility (HALOAD) loading to a target
accelerator at mainenance level IDAA 7.1 PTF-7
(IDAA APAR PH10050), the Accelerator Loader is modified to
directly interface with ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES. For HALOAD on
IDAA 7.1 PTF-7, the Accelerator Loader LOADLIB is not required
in the DSNUTILU Work Load Manager (WLM) address space, instead
Accelerator Loader LOADLIB has to be included into the WLM
environment that runs the SYSPROC.ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES stored
procedure. Any target accelerator that is prior to IDAA V7.1
PTF-7 still requires the Accelerator Loader load library to be
available in the DSNUTILU address space.
    2. On a new install of Accelerator Loader, TCz jobs new install
DDL modified to tolerate Db2 V12 Function Level 504. With this
enhancement, for a new installation of Accelerator Loader where
product repository table spaces do not exist, the repository
table spaces are now created as partition-by-growth universal
table spaces (UTS). To implement this change, TCz template
HLODDL, which is used to generate the DDL to create the
repository objects, was modified. The MAXPARTITIONS parameter
is now specified when creating the repository table spaces.
