  *                         page number for ROW/DPAG lock        *

  1. Explain report statement number is not populated
  2. The default sort for explain reports uses the wrong field
  3. Not enough positions to display Page number correctly for
     WTRE exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Populated stmtno when generating explain report from dynamic
     SQL cache statement text.
  2. Use the report ID as the default sort for explain reports in
     Enhanced 3270 user interface.
  3. Change logic to display Page number correctly for WTRE
