  When server start server1 --clean is issued with WLP_ZOS_JOBNAME
  set in server.env, the --clean action is not passed to the z/OS
  started procedure.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to pass --clean to the z/OS started procedure
  when WLP_ZOS_JOBNAME is specified in server.env.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 19.0.0.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
