Error description

• This APAR documents the dependency between PH10672 and
  PH00574 that could cause an issue if not applied correctly.
  This dependency affects both V11 AND V12. Exposure is only
  encountered if PH10672 is applied and PH00574 is not. If both
  are applied or neither are applied, then there is no issue.
  If PH00574 is applied without PH10672 customers can encounter
  the following message in Db2:

  "ALERT MESSAGES FROM ACCELERATOR DO NOT TRIGGER DSNX881I"
  .
  If PH10672 is applied without PH00574, then IBM Db2 Analytics
  Accelerator may not come up.
  This is not a code defect. It is to document this dependency.

Local fix

• If PH10672 is applied and PH00574 is not, then customer only
  needs to apply PH00574 to get past the error.
