PH12903: DATA MODULE CUSTOM SQL VALIDATION FAILS WITH LARGE SQL QUERY WHEN USING A WEB SERVER

Error description

• When accessing Cognos Analytics through a web server and trying
  to create a table using custom SQL in a data module, the
  validation will fail if the SQL query is very large. This is
  because the SQL is appended to the URL and encoded using URL
  encoding, causing a massive URL size which is rejected by the
  web server's URL, query string, and header size limits.
