Error description

• The Glass UI dialogue allowing to pick users, groups or roles
  from namespace to be assigned to permissions of a content object
  ignores authorization applies to objects in the Cognos
  Namespace. Despite not having any permission on an object, the
  above dialogue displays those objects, whereas they should NOT
  be visible, as the user has NO permission on them.
