PH12857: NO NOTIFICATION ABOUT TO CREATE AN OBJECT WITHOUT TEAM MAPPED WHEN IT SHOULD BE ACTUALLY MAPPED.

Error description

• When teams are already mapped/showing up when create environment
  page has launched, If I delete those team/type mappings , Create
  Environment form is getting submitted without any warning/error.
  
  
  But when we edit same environment , Those teams still show on
  the page. For an end user , It shows as if deletion has worked
  fine during creation but teams were still mapped.
  
  So,If we delete the team mapping from the object before
  submitting the form and teams are intended to be present,Form
  shouldn't be submitted.
