APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Loss Event Entry will occasionally fail and stop responding on
    the secondary node in a cluster.  This happens after a restart
    of services, so multiple restarts may be required in order to
    regain full functionality.
    The primary node will always come up correctly, though, so the
    LEE feature is always usable.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    
    Pre steps:
    Config LEE on the primary nodes
    
    Steps:
    ? Change LEE Configuration on primary nodes
    ? Stop the secondary server.
    ? Stop the primary server.
    ? Start the primary server.
    ? After the primary server launches successfully, start the
    secondary server.
    ? Access loss event app from the secondary server
    If the secondary server is not working, the following error will
    be seen in the browser:

Local fix

  • Restart the secondary server again until the LEE app comes up
