PH12807: UNABLE TO CHANGE THE TITLE COLOR OF A DASHBOARD VISUALIZATION USING 'FAVORITES' LIST

Error description

• In Dashboard visualizations (any visualization type), users have
  the option to 'show title' by opening Edit Mode > Highlight
  Visualization > Visualization Properties >  General > Show
  Title.
  
  Once the visualization has the title exposed, the user can edit
  highlight the text, then from the properties pane, a new section
  'Text Details' is exposed. From here, we can change font, style,
  color, etc.
  
  If a user tries to change the color of the title to a color
  previously added to the favorites list, the change of color will
  not be shown after saving, closing, and reopening the dashboard.
  It will be reverted to the original color. Choosing a color from
  the standard list of available colors will allow the user to
  change the text color without issues.
