  • After upgrading WebSphere Application Server to fixpack 11
    (9.0.0.11), the following message is issued:

Problem summary

    *                  Enterprise Applications page.               *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After updating to fixpack 9.0.0.11, a   *
    *                      FileNotFoundException is                *
    *                      thrown when accessing the application   *
    *                      collection page.                        *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    After upgrading WebSphere Application Server to
    fixpack 9.0.0.11, the following message is issued:
    Uncaught exception thrown by filter WSCUrlFilter:
    java.io.FileNotFoundException:SRVE0190E: File not found:
    /LibertyAdvisorSummary
    This also causes a long error message to appear under the
    Liberty Advisor Summary colum,  preventing users from using
    the application scanner functionality.
    

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

  • If the issue occurs on z/OS:
    1) Stop the server
    2) Run iscdeploy -restoreProfiles from the
    profile bin directory
    
    
    If the issue occurs on other environments:
    1) Stop the server
    2) Run iscdeploy -restore from the profile
    bin directory
