PH12175: XQE-PLN-0091 CROSS JOIN ERROR ON REPORTS THAT USE A DATA MODULE AFTER UPGRADE TO 11.1.2

Error description

• After upgrading to 11.1.2, an XQE-PLN-0091 Cross Join error is
  being returned on reports that use a data module based on an
  uploaded file and package that have a valid relationship defined
  in the data module. If you replicate the report in a dashboard
  using the same data module source, no error is returned. This
  did not occur in 11.1.1 or 11.0.x with the same data module and
  report.
