Error description

• After applying PTF UI62635, DDL and GEN line commands fail with
  panel error.

  Zerrsm   : Panel 'ADB2GEN' error
  Zerrlm   : Number of .ZVARS field names does not equal number
             of "Z" in/out fields.
  

Local fix

• In panel ADB2GEN, find ADB2GTFL and change the occurence of
  &ADB121CM in the line before it to &ADB121NF.

  in/out fields on the panel when running with Db2
  V12 FL (V12R1M100).
