PH11831: JAVA.LANG.UNSATISFIEDLINKERROR CAUSED BY INCORRECT HOME DIRECTORY IN OMVS SEGMENT

Error description

• Users running sdk for Java on z/OS PTFs from JCL after:
  Java 8 SR5 FP15
  might encounter a
    java.lang.UnsatifiedLinkError
  Exception documenting that the jvm is unable to load a Java
  native method. Here follows an example Exception:
  
  java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:

  There are a number of possible reasons for an
    java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
  such as mismatched maintenance and incorrect file permissions.
  In this case, the root cause is an issue with the HOME directory
  in the OMVS segment of the User Profile. It might be that the
  HOME diredctory zfs doesn't exist, that the file system is not
  mounted, that the directory permissions make it inaccessable for
  this user or a similar reason.
  Please review this and correct.
  
  To confirm that this is the issue please check that you are
  using an sdk for Java PTF later than Java 8 SR5 FP15.
  (1) Run "omvs" from TSO.
  If the HOME directory in the OMVS segment is incorrectly
  set, "omvs" will fail with an explanation.
  The root cause of "omvs" failing is the same as for
  java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError.
  (2) Also, you might find that some ids work whereas other(s)
  don't.
  This indicates that the root cause is a configuration issue with
  the account.
