• This APAR provides metrics and reports to measure enterprise
  MSU consumption within the Tailored Fit Software Pricing model.
  
  It also provides forecasting of enterprise MSU usage on monthly
  level, to project variable charges.
  
  This APAR includes the following new functional items:
  1. New table CP_CPU_LPAR_M and new views CP_MSU_LPAR_MV and
  CP_MSU_LPAR_FV to store MSU metrics on monthly level.
  2. New column NUM_CONSUM_MSU added to the following tables:
  CP_CPU_LPAR_D
  CP_CPU_LPAR_W
  CP_CPU_LPAR_F
  3. New config file for monthly forecasting on MSU.
