Error description

• A GEN or OBJECT COMPARE job involving a very large number of
  objects may end with the following error due to storage
  fragmentation:
  IBM0451S  ONCODE=451  The STORAGE condition was raised.
                  From entry point CHECK_ALLOC at statement 23580
                  at compile unit offset >offset< at entry offset
                  >offset< at address >address<.
  Note: Statement numbers are approximate, and may vary somewhat,
         depending on release or other maintenance applied.
  To prevent this fragmentation, this APAR changes the LE HEAP
  options being used.

  Note: Statement numbers are approximate, and may vary somewhat,
  depending on release or other maintenance applied.
  
  This error is caused by memory fragmentation, which causes LE
  to get more HEAP segments.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved. LE run time module ADB2UOPL has
  been modified to reduce HEAP memory fragmentation.
