Error description

• This APAR contains the following fixes:
  1) Warning message HAAM044W can occur when viewing/updating
  exception profile from job profile due to
  LIKE_BLANK_INSIGNIFICANT parm in Db2 SSID
  2) Scheduling a batch build during an open schedule window
  can result in the job being scheduled before the "edit JCL"
  session has completed.
