  Option 0.2 followed by messages
  BSYI410E - Validation failed during IMS Sub-System registration
  for SSID DEXI
  BSYI910E - ABEND occured in program BSY$VIMS
  BSYI002I - ABEND Code: 0C3 Reason Code: 00000003

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the ISPF Interface, option   *

  *                      Information, the IMS PROCLIB DSN field  *
  *                      is filled in. If IMS Procedures in the  *
  *                      PROCLIB DSN contain JCL statements with *
  *                      quoted strings, then An S03C might      *
  *                      occur.                                  *

  *                      In DR Prep Job, if RECON data sets have *
  *                      MAXLRECL greater than 99999, message    *
  *                      IDC3221I can occur because high order   *
  *                      digit dropped on DEFINE CLUSTER         *
  *                      RECORDSIZE parameter.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply maintenance and use ISPF interface     *
  *                 Option 0.2 again.                            *

  S03C when trying to register IMS system due to IMS PROCLIB
  Members containing JCL statements with quoted stings can cause
  An S0C3 abend.
  
  IDC3221I message in DR Prep Job when RECON data sets have
  MAXLRECL with 6 digits. DEFINE CLUSTER RECORDSIZE parameter now
  allow 6 digits instead of 5.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code that processed the quotes incorrectly has been changed.
