  Please make a copy of xqe.config.xml located in the CA server
  install/configuration folder & rename it to
  "xqe.config.custom.xml".  Save the file & re-start the CA
  services after adding <allowSuppressingStringMeasures
  value="true"/> to the <queryExecution> section.  For example:
  
  	<queryExecution>
  		<allowSuppressingStringMeasures value="true"/>
  	</queryExecution>
