Error description

• With the CQ-feature "DynamicForms" and the API function
  "SetTabVisibilty", it is possible to make tabs hidden.
  In the documentation it is described in this form:
  "If there are no visible tabs, the form will be completely
  blank".
  It has been found that removing all tabs, while removing the tab
  labels, may leave some contents visible.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available 9.0.1.11 and 9.0.2.3.
  ClearQuest Web has been fixed to now display "This record type
  has no form tabs which the current user is permitted to view."
  if all the tabs are hidden correctly using the "SetTabVisibilty"
  API with the Dynamic Forms feature.
