Error description

• For the CQ feature Dynamic Forms there several functions
  defined.
  Some of them has as the parameter the name of a form.
  In the documentation it is described that "If formName is empty,
  the result will be for current form".
  But it has been found that an empty value may result in a
  exception.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.10 and 9.0.2.2
