Error description

• Abend U0012 GGC3811E after the following PTF's were applied to
  Db2
  CAT:
  UI56184, UI57311, UI57969, UI58096
  
  The problem occurred because Db2 logged an insert for a row in a
  reused page that contains only 16 deleted rows where the first
  insert to the page did not fit in the available space and the
  rid was rid 1.
