  In a specific scenario where we are using a multiplexed channel,
  SHARECNV value > 0, on a callback thread the abend occurs in the
  rriCallSndExit function while testing the StatisticsToggle flag
  since it was not initialised.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CSQXRSTM module has been updated (called prior to where
  problem occurs) to ensure all the affected pointers or
  variables have been initialised properly for all circumstances
