Error description

• This APAR contains the following enhancements:
  1) Enable option to suppress HAAB134I messages.
  2) The DDL jobs generated by TCz will create the DLCDB and
  subordinate objects in UTS format (Note: For new installs only).
  3) Panels HAA$FLDT, HAA$DEVA, HAA$DEVT (and associated help
  panels) are deprecated. They are replaced by panels HAA$URDT and
  HAA$URD2 (and their respective help panels).
  4) Implement support for comments entered in Advanced SQL
  statements.
  5) Support RI keyword option on triggered objects.
