Error description

• When PTF UI62090 for Tools Base V1.6 APAR PH07785 is applied, a
  conditional reorg job can get ABENDS047 in module FOICMAP0 and
  the following warning messages:
  HRF01616W An error occurred in BBECRAPI call, FUNC=COMMIT,
  RC=00000018, RSN=80047000
  HRF01617W Conditional Reorg service is deactivated. REASON:
  INTERNAL ERROR
