Problem conclusion

• Code was updated to add the value of cvtzcbp to the server
  identification section of SMF 120 subtype 11 records and to the
  subsystem section of SMF 120 subtype 12 records.
  
  For SMF 120 subtype 11 records, the value of cvtzcbp is saved in
  a new bit field called SM120BDL.  SM120BDL is the first bit in a
  new 4 byte field that was added to the end of the server
  identification section.  SM120BDL will be available when
  SM120BAA and SM120BAL are greater than or equal to 3.
  
  For SMF 120 subtype 12 records, the value of cvtzcbp is saved in
  a new bit field called SM120CEK.  SM120CEK is the first bit in a
  new 4 byte field that was added to the end of the subsystem
  section.  SM120CEK will be available when SM120CAA and SM120CBD
  are greater than or equal to 3.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 19.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
