PH10535: ERRORS WHEN UPDATING FILE WITH TEXT FIELD CONTAINING ONLY NUMBERS: MSR-UPL-2122, MSR-UPL-2116

Error description

• A file is uploaded that contains a text field containing values
  that are a mix of alpha and numeric characters.  For example,
  values like "ABC123".  When attempting to update this file with
  a new version, if the same field in the new file contains only
  numeric characters like "123456", instead of treating this like
  numbers stored as text, errors are thrown:
  
  MSR-UPL-2122 Unable to refresh file "filename.csv". MSR-UPL-2116
  Column "ColumnName" has incompatible data type. Existing data
  type: NVARCHAR(MAX). New data type: BIGINT.
  

Local fix

• Add another row with a value that contains some alpha
  characters.
