  The problem occurs when CCSID appears in SQLSTATE declaration.

  Engineering program (ADB2GEN) reports a parser error:

  Token number = n, Token = CCSID
        Processing Stored Procedure <spName>
  ADB1932W Parser error - the original DDL will be generated
           for the following object. Please verify the DDL.
           Reason code = 28
