Error description
When a new job is created in CA (11.1.1) and is set with the parameter 'Save the report as a report view', a user may notice the steps disappear from the job steps UI. It's still present in classic view, but not visible in the jobs UI in CA portal. Problem was first noticed when a deployment of jobs from Cognos 10 was imported into CA. User noticed that those jobs which had the setting 'Save the report as a report view' didn't bring through the job steps and can only be viewed through classic view.
