  1.Processing Compare report prints ANL0205E error message for
    packages where explain data exist. If there is at least one
    package with error, then the rest packages will have the same
    error message.
  2.Processing Test report filters out packages with value from
    PLAN_TABLE for BIND_EXPLAIN_ONLY = 'Y'.

• Code logic was corrected to fix all the issues described
