Error description

• Using Alter table to add a new column, then updating that column
  to add a user defined default value, the datatype is not checked
  and is accepted. The change fails on execution with SQLCODE -574
  / SQLCODEN574.

  When ALT on a table and updating the "Default value" field on
  panel ADB26CTU - 'Alter Table', there is no error handling to
  check for invalid values. Running the change will result in
  SQLCODE=-574 / SQLCODEN574.
  
  Error message ADB500A should occur if erroneous information is
  entered for field "Default value" on panel ADB26CTU 'Alter
  Table':
  
     ADB500A Invalid specification
