Error description

  • In a distributed environment with multiple servers running the
    scheduling services and the batch report service, if a report
    running in the background is cancelled in Cognos Administration
    it will appear to be cancelled successfully, but it may still
    continue to run in the BIBus report server process, and database
    queries may continue to execute until it completes.
