erroneous information for Db2 v10 NFM ZPARMs.

*                 using Db2 version 10 NFM.                    *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Panel ADB2ZZMN 'SSID' System Parameters *
*                      does not display zPARM values correctly *
*                      when using Db2 10 NFM.                  *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When using Db2 10 and navigating to panel ADB2ZZMN, the
zPARM values are erroneously displayed.

For example, the following zPARM option is displayed as:
Allow explain during autobind . . . . .ESN (ABEXP ) *

but should be:

Allow explain during autobind . . . . YES (ABEXP ) *
