Error description

• Processing of IFCID data can identify corrupted IFI records if
  the return area from DB2 exceeds 16 megabytes when collecting
  data from all members of a data sharing group.
  
  In a high volume DB2 environment, particularly in a large Data
  Sharing Group ( DSG ) that may have more than 3500 concurrent
  threads a group level request for trace ( IFCID ) data may
  return more than 16mb ( 16 MB ) of trace data.
  
  In this case the user may see DGOK1447 message in the PE client,
  message ' No Data Available ' in the classic and message
  FPEV0560E in the collector joblog.
  

Local fix

• Apply PTF when available
  Avoid Group Level requests when possible
