Error description

• When defining a Legacy Table in ISPF a System Error may occur
  if the default COPYBOOK library defined in the Legacy Options
  cannot be allocated.

Problem summary

  *                 the ISPF interface.                          *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a value is present for the default   *
  *                      COPYBOOK library in the Legacy          *
  *                      Defaults and it is not available when   *
  *                      a Legacy Table is being defined a       *
  *                      System Error can occur in module        *
  *                      FOPMPTRM.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the fix provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Module FOPMPTRM was not checking for an error code returned
  by the dynamic allocation function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic has been added to module FOPMPTRM to check for possible
  errors encountered by the dynamic allocation function and
  properly inform the user of them.
