PH09528: COGNOS 11.1 R2 DOES NOT PRODUCE THE CORRECT OUTPUT WHEN TOP FUNCTION AND FILTER IS USED

Error description

• When using a flat file as the source of a dashboard the use of
  Top or bottom functionality in conjunction with a filter does
  not produce the correct result when invert is used.  If a user
  uses the invert button within the filter dialogue to select
  nearly all objects and then selects the missing items to
  complete the selections.   The invert option in the filter is
  indirectly adding an additional layer of granularity to the
  request.
