Error description

• When a user tries to generate Analytics Accelerator's trace for
  IDAA V7.x on Z,
  using DB2 Administration Tool's "Accelerator Trace Details"
  option
  (options Z -> AC, command TR, panel ADBPZATR), the user receives
  the following error:

  Accelerator

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements related *
  *                      to IDAA v7.1 and related fixes.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR provides enhancements related to IDAA v7.1 and
  related fixes as below:
  
  1. Retrieve trace data operation on a v7.1 accelerator fails
  with AQT10205S error, due to invalid trace options. Panel
  ADBPZATR "Accelerator Trace Details" is updated to display
  valid trace content types ("ACCELERATOR" and "APPLIANCE" for
  IDAA v7.1).
  
  2. "I" line command on panel ADBPZAC "DB2 Accelerators" for
  v7.1 accelerator displays blank values for "Active version" and
  "Active Netezza version" fields on panel ADBPZACI "Status
  details of an Accelerator". Panel layout is updated to display
  all "Active" version components in a separate section, that
  are specific to selected accelerator version.
  
  3. Panel ADBPZAK "Accelerated Table - Keys" is updated with the
  following:
  
  - New "Accelerator name" field.
  - "Accelerator status" and "Replication status" fields will
  display true or false, instead of 1 or 0.
  - "Archive disk space" and "Archive row count" fields will not
  be visible if table does not have any archived data on the
  accelerator.
  
  4. Get accelerated table details operation using "DET" command
  displays incorrect information for non-partitioned tables
  (display as if it were partitioned tables).
  
  5. Below error may be encountered when a DB2 table is altered,
  that is also added to more than one accelerators and
  distribution keys are defined on those accelerated tables:
  
  ADB5258E Table(s) cannot be recreated on the accelerator. An
  error occurred during the call to accelerator stored procedure
  SYSPROC ACCEL_ADD_TABLES on accelerator >name<.
  
  6. Below error may be encountered while carrying out many IDAA
  operations.
  
  DB2 cmd error
  DB2 IFI error, return code= 8,reason code=00E60820
  
  Above error is replaced with below meaningful error message:
  
  ADBZ107E >Information type< can not be obtained because the
  associated accelerator is not started.
  
  User needs to start the accelerator to re-establish DB2-IDAA
  connection. "STA" line command on panel ADBPZAC "DB2
  Accelerators" can be used for this purpose and avoid above
  error.
