• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Create a UNLOAD job for a table with LOB/XML.
  Manually add NOPAD option in the generated JCL.
  
  Depending on the placement of NOPAD option, ADBTEP2 will
  erroneously add an extra SPANNED YES to the utility input
  causing RC08 with error message:
    DSNU094I - KEYWORD 'SPANNED' IS DUPLICATED
