PH09275: z/OS Connect EE does not correctly apply updates to zosConnectAPI subelements.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• After the z/OS Connect EE server.xml was updated with new
  zosConnectAPI subelements within the zosconnect_zosConnectAPIs
  element, the adminGroup subelement did not refresh correctly.
  This resulted in members of the zosconnect_zosConnectAPIs
  adminGroup subelement not being authorized to invoke the API
  correctly.

  When new subelements were added to the zosconnect_zosConnectAPIs
  element, the order in which the definitions were processed was
  not always preserved. This resulted in a refresh of the server
  definitions being treated as an update to an existing
  subelement, rather than a new subelement.
  
  This error could occur when updating zosConnectAPI, service or
  apiRequester subelements.

• z/OS Connect EE has been corrected to ensure that subelements
  zosConnectAPI, service and apiRequester are correctly processed
  when the order of subelements is changed in server.xml and the
  server configuration is refreshed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.23.0 (PH13344).
