PH09250: ADDING SAFE EDIT CAUSES IBM DB2 ERRORS IN UCD SERVER LOGS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• when we enabled safe edit feature on UCD, it converts all
  non-standard process to safe edit compatible process through the
  upgrade when you restart UCD, it has been noted that DB2 throw
  below generic errors
  "Invalid parameter: Unknown column name METADATA_VALUE.
  ERRORCODE=-4460, SQLSTATE=null" and to avoid it IBM DB2 suggest
  below solution:

  but applying above fix conflicts with one of UCD file and throw
  code compatibility issue like below :
  Java.lang.ClassCastException: [Ljava.lang.Object; incompatible
  with java.lang.String
