  Encounter the error MSR-GEN-0002 Error ?XQE-PLN-0001 Internal
  Error. The query could not be planned by the Query Service:
  com.cognos.xqemfm4j.MFWShortcut incompatible with
  com.cognos.xqe.metadata.ICalculation?
  

Local fix

• Publish FM packages with Calculation expressions within
  Presentation Layer. No use Shortcuts to a target Calculation
  expression.
