Error description

• Change default security environment when accessing DB2 linear
  datasets using DB2 Direct and IMS datasets using IMS Direct to
  be the server address space id instead of the connected user id.
  This will significantly simplify SAF rules for DB2 Direct and
  IMS Direct and provide adequate security for most customers.
