  1.Processing EXPLAIN from DBRM finished with SQLCODE -104
  2.If comma is set in DB2 as a decimal fraction delimiter
    EXPLAIN may cause SQLCODE -104
  3.Internal DELETE from DSN_STATEMNT_TABLE query may cause
    SQLCODE -206 when executing EXPLAIN from dataset for DB2s
    prior to V12
  4.Wrong functions assignment for PF5/PF6 keys
