*                      even though the UTF16 translated to     *
*                      SBCS characters.                        *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided fix                       *

SO/SI was wrapped around graphic column values without
considering whether it translated to single byte characters.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • SO/SI are only added for values that are represented in DBCS.
