Error description

• Customer has an API which invokes an IMS backend transaction
  which returns the following messages:
  GMOBA0110E: The transaction could not be executed. Return
              exception response:  IMS returned a DFS message:
  DFS064 DESTINATION CAN NOT BE FOUND OR CREATED, DEST=40
  
  From the messages in the z/OS Connect EE logs it is not possible
  to determine which transaction, the IMS system nor API affected.

  been added to provide better diagnostic information when a
  service is invoked with an invalid trancode:
  GMOSR0013E: An unexpected error occurred processing service
              <servicename> using trancode <trancode>.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.22.0 (PH11931).
