* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WSL is empty after analyzing a          *
*                      DROP CONSTRAINT statement.              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When processing a change with a DROP CONSTRAINT statement -
that is, dropping a foreign key constraint - the WSL that is
created by analyzing the change is blank.
